The Supersonic team created a stunning website for the new local Ashburton business, Summerland. Owned and operated by well-known Ashburton vet Lorna and her husband Duncan.
Two wonderful Mid Canterbury locals who truly understand how much a pet is part of the family. Through her vet work, Lorna recognised a real need for a local pet cremation service to offer much-loved family pets a dignified farewell, no matter the pet owners’ budget or personal circumstances.
Custom-built form for Summerland
Having a seamless experience for both Summerland and people using the website, such as vets and pet parents, was an important part of the customer experience process.
Meg built a custom form for Sutherland that was designed to be connected to a CRM or any other automation software they may wish to use in the future. The final product was set up to hook up to any other systems.
The form
- Creates a PDF on the back end with a copy sent to Summerland and the customer.
- The process can start and be tracked as the form was uniquely customised with their specific information.
- Meg designed the form to be easy to use without too many options so that the process of completing the form wouldn’t be overwhelming.
It was important to Lorna and Duncan to offer pet parents compassionate support as they navigated their pet’s final farewell, providing a varied range of ash return and scatter options as well as supporting local charities.
The team are so proud of the warm and beautiful website, which gives Summerland a strong digital presence and a much-needed resource for people researching their pet cremation options.
